Graham heads the Fixed Interest Team at ING, with a primary focus on duration and yield curve management. Prior to joining ING in 1996, Graham had 9 years’ investment experience including 8 years at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. After spending 4 years within the Monetary Policy Implementation section of the Reserve Bank, he moved on to the Bank’s Foreign Reserve Management office, spending a further 4 years managing their USD, Yen and DMK fixed interest portfolios.
