The importance of personal development is not only recognised in the quest for happiness, peace and joy but also an essential tool in developing leadership skills.  It allows you to make massive differences in the lives of people around you.

This programme focuses on personal breakthrough, self-discovery, self management and leadership skills.

Speakers’ Profiles

Dianne Tsen is a Colour and Style consultant with the Australian Image Company.  She began her career in the finance industry upon returning from Australia after 5 years of study and continued to pursue her MBA and Doctorate.  She speaks at many conferences and conducts corporate training in image development, communication and financial management.  Dianne effectively combines her image training and corporate background in her truly unique workshops, focusing on Branding and Image development.  Being a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), she incorporates NLP tools in her trainings and workshops.

Geraldine Chai is armed with the Bachelor of Pharmacy from Bath University and started her career as a medical product specialist in a leading French pharmaceutical company.  As her career progressed, Geraldine finds that she enjoys coaching and developing people.  Seeing her teams mature and excel is a tremendous self satisfaction.  Thus, she shifted to the training and development industry. She has conducted the Graduate Training Scheme implemented by the Malaysian Government.  Geraldine brings with her extensive grassroots experiences and invaluable techniques in selling and management theories.  Coupled with her passion for growth and development, Geraldine’s sessions are always a remarkable experience.
