| RESPONSIBILITIES: -Provide support and advice to all Lines of Business (LOB’s) during deal negotiation stage to ensure deals are structured in accordance with Oracle’s revenue recognition policy whilst maximising the revenue to the Business -Maintenance of relationships with regional Businesses to ensure all relevant deal related queries are addressed -Maintain an up to date and thorough knowledge of the technical Revenue Recognition Policy and guidelines within Oracle -Review of closed deals to ensure revenue is recognised in line with corporate guidelines -Ensure all deal reviews and reporting is performed in line with Sarbanes Oxley requirements -Delivery of training on Revenue Recognition and Business Practices to EMEA Oracle staff dealing with Revenue in all LOB’s QUALIFICATIONS: -Newly qualified accountant / Nearing Qualification or equivalent Business qualification (ie MBA) -Relevant revenue, finance or accounting experience is essential.
