Investment business

This section contains information on Investment Business in Ireland and Exempt Regulated Activities in the UK.

It also provides information for members, their clients and the public on ACCA's and its members' obligations in Ireland where ACCA is an Approved Professional Body under the Investment Intermediaries Act 1995 (IIA) and also in the UK where ACCA is a Designated Professional Body under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
