Interaction with fellow students and tutors takes place through the Virtual Campus facilities. Students are placed in tutor groups drawn from around the world. Seminars are scheduled for all modules and take place asynchronously over a period of two weeks, enabling students to participate at convenient times.

Participation in e-learning seminars is a key part of the MBA programme and provides valuable opportunities for exploring concepts and issues with other students from around the world, and with tutors. Face-to-face workshops also provide opportunities to work in teams and discuss issues.
