Working with employers
Common criteria are applied globally for employers who wish to gain recognition as ACCA Approved Employers. The award is made to those organisations which demonstrate that they evaluate training needs, provide (and record) opportunities for training, and regularly review and reassess those needs.
7,500 employers are now Approved Employers, giving them global recognition for the development opportunities they provide their trainees and finance professionals. The Big Four accounting firms, blue chip national and international companies and public bodies have obtained the award. For multinational employers, the programme allows them to compare cross-border training policies against a common benchmark.
ACCA works with employers who support learning and development of ACCA students and members around the world, at national and international level.
