Resubmission rules
The following rules will apply to RAP resubmissions:
- If you do not pass the RAP after a third submission, unfortunately you will no longer be eligible to complete the BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting degree
- The requirements to pass the RAP on the second or third submission are the same as those for passing the RAP at the first attempt
- If you pass the RP at the first attempt, but are awarded an 'Unsatisfactory' grade in the SLS, you cannot submit a revised RP in any further RAP submission. Only a revised SLS can be presented in any further RAP submission
- If you pass the RP at the first attempt, but are awarded an 'Unsatisfactory' grade in the SLS, you will carry forward the RP grade awarded in the first attempt (A, B or C) to a second or third submission
- If you fail the RP on the first submission you will be awarded a grade C for any successful subsequent RP, even if the resubmitted RP is initially assessed as being of a higher pass grade.
The impact of these rules are summarised in the two tables below.
