Awards presentations
Awards winners for 2005 were selected by the judging panel and they were acknowledged at a special luncheon on Friday 21 April 2006 at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver. The luncheon awards presentations featured a keynote address from Dave Mowat, the CEO of VanCity, as well as the release of the report of the judges.
There were a best practices panel, workshops covering how to go about producing a sustainability report, on-line reporting tools, assurance and stakeholder engagement, to name a few, together with a number of experts from the field of sustainability reporting, featured at the forum.
Report of the judges
Each year a report of the judges is written which highlights the strengths of the winning reports. The 2005 report will be available shortly.
